What's the value proposition?

Help Makers learn how to respond to challenges by taking part in 'war games'; exercises that are carried out to test or improve tactical expertise.

Who's the audience?

Makers, entrepreneurs, side-project enthusiasts.

How does it work?

It would probably be a chatbot that sets scenarios that Makers might face and asks them to choose between a number of options, which leads to consequences and more decisions to be made until the venture is either a success or failure.

How would you build it?

Start with a free chatbot service (embedded on the landing page).

Map out the various scenarios.

Test with Maker community.

How would you grow it?

Decide on a validation point (probably number of users/interactions allowed on free service).

Then move to paid chatbot service.

Figure out payment model (small payment each use, lifetime subscription, ask at the the end (buy me a coffee-style))

Promote to Maker community on Twitter, ProductHunt, indiehackers, etc.
