V interesting. I did think there were 5 telling things missing

1 presumes people have space to work at home. The reality for flat sharers may be v different .

2 who bears the cost of increased heating and lighting? Yes people save on transport but I know my costs doubled when worked exclusively from home

3 how to build relationships with people beyond digital space and team work ..needs creative thought

4.flying people off to get to know each other ...many issues on that, not least is climate change

5 the futures of cleaning and security staff ....
